Kendra graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life sciences and Economics. She also completed The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She has an extensive experience in the health and wellness industry and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their health goals, whether that's healing digestive problems, shedding excess weight, overcoming cravings, increasing energy, sleeping better or improving athletic performance so they can feel their best every day.
She works with clients to educate, empower and inspire them to attain their goals of living a vibrant healthy lifestyle. She designs balanced and sustainable customized programs that are based on individual goals, unique biochemistry and lifestyle needs.
